Marc Felix is a passionate Southwest Florida REALTOR® who works with home buyers and sellers to help them achieve their lifelong dreams. After graduating from Edison State College and the University of South Florida, Marc took some economics classes that inspired his passion for real estate. His enthusiasm for helping others and his experiences in the health care industry help him connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible.
Marc is known for outstanding client service, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches, and as a skilled negotiator with his clients’ best interests at heart. He believes strongly that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top-notch information and market insight so that clients can make the best decisions possible.
